Viviana S. Gonzalez, PA-C, is an experienced and compassionate Physician Assistant with a strong background in internal medicine, primary care, and acute care settings. She completed her medical education at Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil in Ecuador, where she gained a solid foundation in medical knowledge and clinical practice. Viviana then completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Hospital General Docente in Riobamba, Ecuador in 2000.

After emigrating to the United States, Viviana,  became a Professor for Anatomy and Physiology at Broward College, Willis Holcombe Center in Ft Lauderdale, FL and Miami Dade College, North Campus, in Miami, FL.  She pursued her passion for medicine by earning her Physician Assistant degree from Miami Dade College in 2017.  She is an active member of professional organizations such as the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants, demonstrating her commitment to staying current with industry best practices.  She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.  She joined Cornerstone Medical Care in 2023.
